The last 2 Hexies from me are going to grow in Irene's garden in El Paso, when I am leaving this SWAP after 2 years.
Thank you everybody, I only miss a few Hexies, and I hope, they will arrive soon.
I am now going to assemble my garden, and perhaps you will look at my blog some times to see the results.

Hexies received

I haven't been very consistent with posting photos of the hexies I receive.  :(

Now that I am the group whip :) I guess I need to set a good example.  So here are some photos of hexies I've received in the last couple of weeks.

Heather Leal sent me these lovely flowers from the UK for the August swap.  Sadly Heather has now left the swap.  Lucky me getting some flowers from her before she left.  Thanks Heather!

And these ones arrived from Dorrit in Denmark, one of our newest members, for the November swap.    I am her first swap partner. :)  Lucky me - I received three hexie flowers.  Thanks Dorrit!

I haven't received any flowers from Natalie for October yet.  Hopefully they are coming soon!!

Ah...Problems fixed....

Hi all, It's me again.  I'm so happy to report that I think I've got the glitches mostly worked out.  I opened a new gmail account and it seems to be working fine.  And Jane has set me back up as an administrator on the blog.  YAY.

Thank-you to all of you who let me know they received the e-mail with the lists attached.  I have only heard from about a third of the participants.  Hopefully people are just busy and haven't had a chance to check their e-mails.

If anyone reads this who DID NOT get the DECEMBER LISTS and thinks they should have - please leave a comment on the post or e-mail me at

Janelle, you are the person whose e-mail address as I have it written doesn't seem to be correct as the e-mails have bounced back from you both times.  Please contact me by post or e-mail to let me know your correct e-mail address.

Thanks everyone for your patience.   I hope I will have this down pat next month.

Hi all,

I have taken over coordinating the Inchy Hexagon Flower Swap from dear Jane who has given us a few years of fabulous coordination.  Thanks Jane.  I hope I can fill your shoes, but I'm doubtful at the moment.

First of all I can't seem to get myself on as an administrator of the blog.  Hopefully Jane is going to help me out with this again.  She already tried once.

Then I spent the whole day yesterday getting the December swap organized.   And smarty pants me, I started a gmail account to use just for the swap.  I got the e-mail sent out yesterday evening - I hope you all got it, although there is one person who I'm sure doesn't have it because it bounced back saying the e-mail was no good - but I doubled checked and I had written it down correctly.  I asked you all to get back to me with any questions, mistakes or ideas.

Only today I cannot get into the gmail.  Google says that the e-mail account is linked up with my other e-mail account, the one that I use the rest of the time.  But when I try to open gmail I get a screen that is prompting me to start a gmail account.

If there is anyone out there who can help me with this please let me know.  Google is useless.  So if there is anyone who needs to contact me about the swap, please do so on my other account - rushant at northwestel dot net.

And I'll hopefully get this all figured out soon.

Edited to add.... Kris let me know that she didn't receive the list, so possibly no one received it.  Kris definitely wasn't the person who I got the error message back on

I've redone the gmail account and I am going to send out the lists again this evening.  Don't despair, I think I might have this part of it figured out. :)

November Hexies from Marie

The November Hexies did not have to go a long way, I got these lovely 4 flowers from Marie i DK. Thank you Marie for double Hexies.

Thank you Coralie

I received my November flowers in today's mail and they are beautiful. Jan

November hexies for Kate

The hexies I made for Kate made it into the postal system in November but only just.  I'm so sorry they will be late but hopefully Kate will like them.
The month before I sent these owl themed hexies to Cynthia.

Rosalie made these lovely ones for Nov

Thank you, Rosalie, for this wonderful group of hexies.  The fabrics are great.  The bookmark will get a lot of use as I always expect to get some books for Christmas.  The joke in my family is that getting a book for a gift just means that you will be the first to read it.  Then it gets passed around among all the other readers in the family.  Thanks, again.
